How to feel more confident!

Do you wish to feel more confident? I have discovered how to create confidence from within and would love to share it with you!

Last week I attended the Neuro-Limbic Conditioning course level 1 from the Acadamy of Mind and Motivation by Michael Johnson the Mojo Master.

During the course I discovered how self-worth is directly related to my unique set of values.

I am not speaking of values such as kindness and love. Those are generalised values. I am speaking of values that are unique to us. Discovering my own unique values has improved my confidence in myself.

You see, my top three values are:

1. Health

2. Personal growth

3. Love relationship

It is not so much about what I call these values, but what they mean to me. For me, my health is the most important thing. Without it, all other things fall out of wack. I focus on my health first by eating foods that are right for my body type, moving my body daily, going to bed on time and sleeping at least 8 to 9 hours each night.

Once my health is in check, I focus on my own personal growth. Learning is very important to me as I always want to become a better person. So I read, listen to podcasts, watch documentaries, go to events and invest in courses.

By focussing on my health and personal growth I become a much better person for my partner.

I now feel confident, knowing I am living my highest values. However, this wasn't always the case. I used to live other people's values (without knowing it), which made me feel insecure and unworthy.

I thought that I wanted certain things in life and focussed on that. But it turned out that I was just focussed on others and tried to make them happy by living their values. This didn't work.

By focussing on my own highest values, I have felt a greater sense of self-worth and more confident from within.
